  2. Poor Assembly: If our technician fails to assemble the product properly, a full refund is offered.
  3. Missing Products: If any items are missing from your order will be sent within 3 working days.
  4. Wrong Product Delivery: If a product delivered does not match your order will be a reason for full refund.
  5. Defective Products: If a product is received in defective condition and cannot be repaired or replaced will be a reason for full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of order placement.

Warranty Policy

RARA Furniture provides warranties on its products to cover manufacturing defects under the following terms:

Chairs(Mechanism ,Gas lift ,Base ,Wheel ) : 24 months.

Electrical Items: 12 months.

Sofas: 24 months.

What is Not Covered:

Overloading or improper use of the product.

Alterations or unauthorized modifications.

Misuse, accidents, or vandalism.

Damage caused by external factors.

Variations in natural materials (e.g., wood grain, fabric, or leather textures).

Color matching, grain, or texture variations.

Discontinued fabrics or finishes after the warranty period begins.

Third-party materials, such as fabric or leather upholstery.

 

Warranty Services

If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, and written notice is provided to RARA Furniture, we will:

1. Repair the defective product, or

2. Replace it with a comparable component or product, at our discretion.

Claiming Warranty:
To claim a warranty, customers must:

Provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt).

Submit a written description of the issue, along with photos or videos of the defect.
